Our Global Experience courses challenge you to apply your learning in new and unfamiliar contexts, and to have responsible real-world impact. For one intensive, immersive week, you will expand your global mindset and network. Alongside your peers in Early Career, MBA and Leadership programmes, travel to destinations such as Boston & New York, San Francisco and Zurich.
Each Global Experience is led by expert faculty and explores a topical theme, offering an in-depth view of a country's business culture. You will have the opportunity to interact meaningfully with members of the local business ecosystem, faculty, alumni, fellow students and others in the LBS global community.
Sloan Fellows have experience of working at strategic levels and, typically, they have more than 18 years’ management experience. The diversity of their backgrounds means there is no such thing as a typical Sloan Fellow.
Take a look at our Class Profile for more information.
You will be assigned to a group of approximately five people at the beginning of the programme for core course study. We aim to make each group as diverse as possible in terms of cultural, educational and professional backgrounds to ensure your learning experience is as rich as possible.
The full-time MBA is a general management degree aimed at people who are at a relatively early stage in their career. The LBS Sloan focuses on leadership and strategy and has been designed for senior executives with significant management and strategic experience, who would like to study with a group of peers with similar depth and breadth of experience.
From September 2021, the School is adopting a Classroom First approach. For more information on what this means for you, visit our Return to campus page.
