Module 1: Global Context (London - 5 days)
Tackle old problems with a fresh perspective. Learn to lead and solve complex problems in today’s digitally driven and increasingly unpredictable world. Our curriculum explores the most pressing challenges facing business leaders today, providing you with the insights you need to operate successfully in this ever-evolving landscape. With guidance from our world-leading faculty and industry guest speakers, you'll gain the knowledge and skills necessary to see challenges in a new light and approach them with confidence. Join us in London, where our city becomes your classroom and exceptional experiential learning opportunities await.
Module 2: Personal Agency (London - 5 days)
Discover the courage to integrate personal brand and social responsibility. Through a series of engaging and thought-provoking sessions, you will focus on reshaping your decision making and influencing skills for your business, society and the planet. The programme takes advantage of LBS' location, providing unique, London-based experiential learning. Gain insight from your colleagues and peers with 360 feedback in order to navigate change and think differently in a global context.
Module 3: Creating Strategic Value (Live Virtual)
Understand the tools and approaches to create strategic value and change. With access to coaching you’ll explore the path from strategic planning to implementation, looking at developments in data science that can support your strategic initiative and how it relates to your customer value.
Module 4: Relating and Engaging (London – 5 days)
Enrich your understanding of business and leadership. Achieve success and deliver your business priorities through the ability to communicate with clarity and empower those around you. Take advantage of your cohort's varied experience through peer coaching sessions.
Post-programme: Apply and Transform
Apply what you’ve learned, improve organisational performance, and complete the action plan you developed throughout the programme. Start your journey as a confident, credible and courageous leader. Enhance your learning with an online topical elective that will further drive your competitive advantage.
Accelerate and transition your understanding of business leadership. The ADP immerses you in a blend of faculty thought leadership, 1:1 and group coaching, AI discovery, guest speakers, peer-to-peer interactions, round table discussions and experiential London-based activities.
You can apply to the programme of your choice online. Acceptance is not automatic and your application will be reviewed by our Admissions Committee to ensure the best fit between applicants and programmes. Spaces on our programmes can fill up quickly so we encourage you to apply early and ensure your submission is as comprehensive as possible.
It covers all required study materials, programme activities and excursions, as well as refreshments and most meals. It also includes single-occupancy, en-suite accommodation near campus and access to a well-appointed gym with a swimming pool.

We’ll acknowledge receipt of your application by email within 48 hours, providing it’s received during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT). We will review and respond to your application within two working days. We do this in order of receipt and acceptance is not automatic.
Yes. We can hold a provisional place for you for up to two weeks. Take note, completed applications take priority and programmes often fill up several months in advance. You can reserve a place online, by phone or by email.

The programme is taught in English, so a good working knowledge of the language is essential. If English is not your first language, we may ask you for evidence of your proficiency.

The fee for the programme is £29,500.*
The programme fee covers all required study materials, programme activities and excursions, as well as refreshments and most meals. It also includes London hotel accommodation and access to a well-appointed gym with a swimming pool.
We offer a 25% discount for London Business School Alumni.

We offer one fully funded scholarship and two 50% scholarships for a unique opportunity to take your place on London Business School’s Accelerated Development Programme.
The scholarships are awarded to women by London Business School to support diversity and female participation in our Executive Education Programmes.
The scholarships cover full participation in lectures, group work, executive coaching, experiential activities and accommodation.
