Before the programme starts, meet your sponsor and prepare for the programme through readings, reflective questions and a 360 assessment. Get advice on how to build and nurture great sponsor relationships through our specially curated Sponsorship Toolkit.
Immerse yourself in the on campus learning experience in the heart of London. Our world-leading faculty take a deep dive into leadership skills, and use innovative learning techniques including role plays and experiential exercises to help you grow. Be yourself with more skill through coaching, and create an action plan for success.
After the programme, review your action plan with your sponsor, and implement your learning. Build momentum with individual coaching, and reconnect with your peer group virtually to share your progress and learn from others.
Hold a final conversation with your sponsor to decide on next steps. Your sponsor attends a virtual masterclass with LBS faculty.
Your learning journey combines 360 and network assessments, case studies, experiential exercises, individual and group coaching to ensure you have the time and support to achieve personal and professional impact.
You can apply to the programme of your choice online. Acceptance is not automatic and your application will be reviewed by our team of Programme Consultants to ensure the best fit between applicants and programmes. Spaces on our programmes can fill up quickly so we encourage you to apply early and ensure your application is as comprehensive as possible.
You'll receive communication from your Programme Manager around six weeks before starting the programme. The information we send will direct you to our online learning platform which will include the programme timetable, pre-programme reading and preparation work, and an introduction to your fellow participants.
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and country of residence. We encourage you to use the ‘check if you need a visa’ tool or to consult the UK consulate or embassy in your home country.
