Women in Business Club
WiB exists to support, empower, and connect a community of next-generation leaders in their personal and professional development. We believe in gender equality: in business and beyond.
Objectives:
- Advocacy - Support in building a School culture of inclusion and safety on campus, eliminating gender biases and awareness of diversity needs amongst LBS students
- Inclusion + Intersectionality - Develop a strong WIB community through networking events, mentoring and collaboration
- Professional & Personal Development - Facilitate workshops and networking events to further our members' knowledge and skills. Including opportunities for interactions and mentorship between current students and alumni
