London Business School recognises the positive impact and value of military experience within the school community and offers this LBS scholarship to support candidates who have been employed in a full-time military role in their career so far. Find out more here.
The UK Military scholarship is funded by Ian Hannam MSc17(1984), a former captain in the Territorial Army, in which he served 20 years. He is the founder of Hannam & Partners, a leading independent investment bank, and was formerly Chairman of Global Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan.
Given that he started in the military and has successfully set up his own investment bank, through the scholarship he wants to support candidates from a similar background to him as they transition from military to the private sector. Find out more.
If you are a Veteran, or Veteran’s dependent, who is entitled to Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits under the GI Bill then you will be able to claim those benefits whilst studying at LBS on a full-time programme. You will be required to supply our financial aid team with your VA Certificate of Eligibility to confirm the level of support you are eligible to receive.
There are many ways to finance your studies beyond military specific opportunities – from loans to scholarships, grants and sponsorship. Find out more here.
