MyLBS

Yes, students will get access to MyLBS by the end of the academic year (2026). Stay tuned for updates on when this will be available.

We plan to decommission LBS Hub and Portal once MyLBS is available for all alumni, ensuring there is no disruption to existing services. You can continue to use these services as normal for now.

The profile information you have provided to the school will be imported to MyLBS from existing school systems. This will mean that when you login to the platform for the first time, your profile won't be a totally blank canvas. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Currently the login process for MyLBS differs to other school services, however in time we are looking to unify these processes.

To register for MyLBS, you can choose to use an email address or login via LinkedIn or Apple. To keep your account secure, you will then need to go through a Multi Factor Authentication step to verify your identity.

• To borrow books from the library, alumni need to register with their LBS ID and alumni ID card barcode. Alumni ID cards can be obtained from reception at the Sammy Ofer Centre or North Building.

• To see if a book is available go to symphony.london.edu

If you do not currently have an LBS ID, you will need to fill out and submit this form.
