Visiting Professor of Finance
Experience
Ramin Baghai is Visiting Professor of Finance at London Business School, and Professor of Finance and Bard Chair in Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. He specialises in infrastructure and project finance, corporate finance, corporate restructuring and credit markets. His research examines how financing structures, incentives, and risk management affect investment decisions, firm performance, and stakeholder outcomes.
Ramin is an award-winning educator with extensive experience in executive education at London Business School and other leading institutions. He is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research and a Research Member of the European Corporate Governance Institute. His research is regularly published in leading academic finance journals and cited in international media, including The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg. He earned his PhD in Finance from London Business School.
