Founder, We Are Mhòr – Coaching and Career Design 

Mhorag is the head of the LBS Alumni Career Centre, bringing a wealth of experience from her diverse background in Asset Management and HR Executive Search, Higher Education, and Entrepreneurship. She is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching and works primarily with mid-career and leadership professionals, both at LBS and through her private coaching practice, We Are Mhòr. Mhorag’s expertise is focused on navigating career inflection moments and leveraging Emotional Intelligence for professional development.

Before joining LBS in late 2019, Mhorag worked in HR Executive Search, based in Zurich with Korn Ferry, where she led global CHRO searches for blue-chip clients. She also has significant experience in academic research commercialisation and employer engagement from her time at the University of Edinburgh.

Mhorag recently served on the Board of the Coaches for Advancing Professional (CAP) Alliance, a global network of top business school career coaches committed to improving career services for Executive MBA and alumni “working professionals” communities globally.

She holds a Masters in Global Human Resources, where she focused on values-based recruitment and developed a new recruitment model for organisations with strong values-based cultures. Mhorag is certified in multidisciplinary coaching, accredited in Belbin and MHS Emotional Intelligence diagnostics, and brings her extensive career coaching experience to help professionals navigate their career journeys.
