Kendall is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at London Business School. Her research focuses on topics related to contemporary careers, the changing nature of work, and identities.

She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where she received the Tuck Scholar award, and she graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Commerce) and a minor in Psychology.

Prior to starting the PhD program, Kendall was a Research Associate with Harvard Business School’s Managing the Future of Work Project for two years after graduating from Tuck’s MBA program. Earlier in her career, Kendall was a human capital consultant, working on projects with both for-profit and non-profit organizations across multiple industries.

Her professional experience also includes a research project with the World Economic Forum, work as a healthcare consultant focused on human capital and processes, and an internship at a global foundation.

Along with research, Kendall enjoys adventuring, volunteering, cooking, and taking advantage of the many beautiful London parks.
