Randall Peterson receives Lifetime Achievement Award
Professor Peterson has been recognised for his work in the study of groups

Randall S. Peterson, Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School (LBS) has received the Joseph E. McGrath Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Study of Groups from the Interdisciplinary Network of Group Researchers (INGRoup).
INGRoup values and promotes diversity in theoretical and methodological perspectives for examining and understanding group processes and outcomes. Professor Peterson has received this award because his work has shown an enduring commitment to advancing the interdisciplinary science of team or small group behaviour, dynamics, and outcomes.
“I am honoured to receive this award from my peers at INGRoup,” said Professor Peterson, whose research and teaching focus on CEO personality, top management team interaction, board dynamics, leading diverse teams, conflict management, and the effects of member personality on group interaction and performance.
