Previous degree: Bachelors in Economics with Finance, Westminster International University, Uzbekistan; Masters in International Accounting and Finance (Distinction), Bayes Business School, UK

Finance sector pre-MiF: Development Banking

Previous or current Role: Associate, Corporate Recovery (Turnaround and Restructuring), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)

About me: I’m an associate in the corporate recovery team at EBRD in London, where I work on turnarounds and restructurings of complex investments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. I’m passionate about helping companies navigate challenging situations and create long-term value. Prior to this role, I was part of EBRD’s infrastructure team, contributing to sustainable transport and municipal projects that improved millions of lives and reduced carbon emissions across the region.

Earlier in my career, I helped establish and lead PwC Academy in Uzbekistan, an experience that sparked my interest in professional development and leadership. I’m a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and hold a masters in International Accounting and Finance (Distinction) from Bayes Business School.

Outside of work, I’m an enthusiastic tennis player and enjoy competing in local club leagues.

What I value most about London Business School is its diverse cohort – a vibrant mix of professionals from all over the world and from every corner of finance, from compliance and financial advisory to hedge funds and venture capital. This diversity makes every discussion richer and more practical.

Three topics I can be approached about: Development banking, corporate turnaround and restricting; emerging markets.
