Yeva Slokvenko

Education: Bachelors, Franklin University, Switzerland; graduated in 2025

Subject: Finance with minors in Applied Maths and Economics

Sector(s) of interest: Technology, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Banking

My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Trying to get a solid GRE/GMAT score and get a scholarship.

About me: I’m Yeva, an MFA programme student from Ukraine. I am an Inspire Scholar at London Business School, and one of this year’s student ambassadors. I hold a bachelors degree from Franklin University in Switzerland, where I lived and studied for five years.

Before coming to London Business School, I built hands-on experience across venture capital, private equity and early-stage startups. At London Business School, I’ve joined the Women in Business Club, Private Equity and Venture Capital Club, and Entrepreneurship Club. I’m working toward a career in private capital.

As a student ambassador, I’m excited to help prospective students with the application process and picture themselves here as a part of our community.

Three topics I can be approached about: Application process; venture capital/tech-related career experience; GRE/GMAT preparation.
