My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Finding time to study for the GRE while working full time and maintaining an active hobby and social schedule.
About me: I was born in London but raised in sunny South Africa. For my undergraduate degree, I travelled halfway across the world to UC Berkeley in the US, where I studied economics. Since then, I have worked across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, gaining a truly global perspective, which was a key reason why I chose to join London Business School’s GMiM programme.
At London Business School, I have joined the rugby team and taken on a junior Executive Committee role within the Student Association, working under the Alumni pillar. I am passionate about building community and have genuinely felt at home at London Business School since starting my degree.
Outside of London Business School, I love travelling and making the most of the School’s central location and London’s many airports to explore Europe on weekends. I am also passionate about hiking and safaris, having completed several week-long backpacking treks across South Africa. I am an avid cricket and rugby fan, particularly following Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Indian Premier League and the Springboks on the international stage.
Feel free to reach out if you are curious about academics at London Business School, student clubs, why China, or even what day-to-day life in London is really like.
Three topics I can be approached about: Making friends; belonging on campus; Jewish life in London.
