Stefano’s area of expertise is hands-on financial analysis, along the spectrum of financial accounting, financial statement analysis, financial modelling and forecasting, corporate valuation and transaction (M&A and LBO) analysis. He is an experienced teacher, having delivered courses to business school students and training programs to private sector clients (investment banks, private equity funds and corporates) globally for over 20 years.
Stefano currently teaches MSc and MBA courses at the London Business School, as well as open and custom programs in Executive Education. He was awarded the Best Teacher Award by the students of the Masters in Management programme for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024.
Prior to joining the LBS in 2021, Stefano was a Senior Lecturer in the finance faculty of Bayes Business School in London. Stefano started his professional career at Goldman Sachs in London, where he worked in M&A advisory and subsequently in equity research.
