Paddy Hull's research interests focus on meaning at work, performance management, organisational adaptability to change, and the Future of Work. His work explores how organisations can foster meaningful work experiences and navigate change effectively whilst managing performance and addressing the impact of the future of work. He examines emerging trends—including longevity, loneliness, and large language models—and their implications for the workforce and workplace. His research contributes to understanding how organisations can adapt to these evolving challenges while maintaining meaningful work experiences.
As an Executive Fellow of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School, Paddy bridges academic research and organisational practice. He is a certified assessor in Leadership Styles & Climate and the Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), enabling him to support executive development and organisational transformation initiatives.
Paddy's professional background includes senior leadership roles at major multinational organisations. He has worked with Heineken as Global SVP Talent and Leadership, and previously served as Chief Learning Officer at Unilever. His experience spans talent development, leadership coaching, and organisational change management.
