Dr Melanie Prengler's research examines allyship—how people and organisations support marginalised individuals and challenge marginalisation. She also investigates emerging ways of working, including digital nomadism and human-AI collaboration. Her work contributes to understanding contemporary organisational challenges and the evolving nature of work in the modern economy. Dr Prengler joins London Business School as an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. Her academic background spans psychology, clinical mental health counselling, and management, providing a multidisciplinary perspective to her research and teaching.
