Dr. Nitish Jain is an Associate Professor of Management Science and Operations at London Business School. His research examines how artificial intelligence can transform education and foster effective human-AI collaboration. He also studies sustainable operations and global supply chains, using data-driven methods to generate insights for both theory and practice. His work has been published in leading journals, including Management Science, Operations Research and Manufacturing and Services Operations Management. He has received recognition through prestigious student paper competitions.
At London Business School, Dr. Jain teaches across a range of degree and executive programmes. His teaching includes the core courses on Data Science & Climate Change and Decision, Risk, and Analysis and elective Courses on Digital Technologies and Prescriptive Analytics. He has also contributed to customised executive education programmes focused on strategic decision-making, developing a digital mindset and building foundations in artificial intelligence.
Before pursuing his PhD at INSEAD, Dr. Jain gained professional experience in the digital technology and real estate sectors. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
