Amy Bradley is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour, as well as a speaker, researcher, author and member of the prestigious Thinkers50 Radar of global management thinkers.

Her research focuses on positive psychology, with a particular emphasis on compassion, well-being and burnout at work. Her current projects include an exploration of the human costs of compassionate leadership and a project that examines how disconnecting from technology and work to engage in a regular practice of walking can help us to cultivate positive emotions, build connection and bring a deeper sense of fulfilment.

Amy Bradley also runs a private consulting practice, designing and running leadership development programmes for leaders across a range of industries, and has authored two books on leadership, becoming more compassionate, and dealing with overwhelm and burnout at work.
