Yoon Hyuk Jeong

Yoon is a PhD candidate in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School.
Yoon examines how cultural contexts shape career decisions and workplace behaviors. To study the role of national, regional, and organizational cultures, he takes a multimethod approach combining large-scale archival and field data with randomized experiments and quasi-experiments. Across his program of research, he aims to provide psychological insights that can inform institutional and organizational policies designed to expand social welfare and improve organizational life.
Yoon holds Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Business Administration (with a minor in Statistics) from Korea University, and a Master of Research degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Nottingham Trent University.
Prior to joining LBS, Yoon worked in the financial trading industry.
Outside research, Yoon loves playing squash and tennis.
