I’m Subhasree Basak, a first-year PhD student in Organisational Behaviour at LBS. My research interest includes gender differences and the ways in which non-work factors can influence work outcomes. I have done my BSc, MSc and a PhD in Economics. Before joining LBS, I worked as a Research Associate at the Indian School of Business.
When I'm not deep in research, you’ll probably find me outdoors, soaking up the beauty of nature, or lost in the world of colours and creativity with my paints. Nature and art are my perfect escapes!
