Richard is a PhD Student in Organisational Behaviour, and joined London Business School in 2022. His research focuses on the role of organisational identification in individual and organisational behaviour, such as the implementation of ESG and sustainability policies; using generative AI to develop psychometric measures from large archival datasets; and the microfoundations of decoupling.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Philosophy degree in Economics from Cambridge University.
Prior to joining LBS, Richard worked in economics consulting at Oxera. Outside research, Richard loves playing chess, hiking, tennis, and skiing.
