Bio:

Özlem is a Ph.D. student in Marketing at London Business School. Her research interests focus on consumer behavior and decision making. Özlem completed her undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering and Psychology at Koç University. Prior to joining LBS, she worked as a product manager in Istanbul.
