Kayla Zhang

Kayla Zhang is a PhD student in Organisational Behaviour. Her research interests include the work-life interface, social connection, and diversity.
She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan. Prior to LBS, Kayla conducted research in Germany on a Fulbright fellowship and worked as a research associate at Harvard Business School.
