Bio:
Jaqueline is currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing at London Business School. Prior to joining LBS, she earned a master’s in Industrial Engineering at Columbia University, where she served as a research assistant in collaboration with the Marketing department. With nine years of industry experience in Marketing, Revenue Management and Supply Chain, her research is centred on the intersection of Marketing and Operations Management to make better decisions for both businesses and society. Her aspiration as a researcher is to bridge the gap between academia and industry through applied research.
