Bikash Kumar Panda

Bikash is a PhD student in the Organizational Behavior department at London Business School. His research focuses on the intersection of technology, personality, and organizational dynamics, with a particular interest in how these factors shape company culture, and broader organizational outcomes. Before beginning his PhD, Bikash worked for two years as a Data Scientist at a leading hospital conglomerate in India. He also served as a research associate at London Business School and UC Berkeley, gaining nearly four years of experience in social science research. Beyond his academic pursuits, Bikash is passionate about photography and traveling.
