Aldona Kapacinskaite is a PhD student in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship area. Her research explores the links between competitive strategy, resource allocation and innovation. In her dissertation, she studies how competitive dynamics affect resource allocation within industries, across the value chain and across industries. Her research has been supported by several grants from the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at London Business School and the SRF dissertation research program of the Strategic Management Society. She holds a double MSc diploma in Economics and Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris and Ecole Polytechnique. Prior to joining the program at LBS, she held researcher roles at Google Paris and the European Commission, before working as a research assistant at INSEAD.
