Shivakumar called to accounts

A London Business School professor has been appointed editor of a leading academic journal.
Lakshmanan Shivakumar will assume editorial responsibility of the Review Of Accounting Studies, one of the foremost publications of its kind.
The Professor of Accounting and Chair of the Accounting faculty is the first person outside of Canada and the US to edit the journal.
The Review Of Accounting Studies, a quarterly journal, is described as an "A-tier" publication by the School and appears on the Financial Times list which is used to compile its Business School research rank, included in both the Global MBA and MBA rankings.
