After seeing the value of a diverse work environment as part of his professional driving career, former Formula 1 driver Nicholas Latifi MBA2025 knew he wanted an MBA that offered similar opportunities.
“Learning from and collaborating with my colleagues was an important factor to having success in motorsport. To develop and progress myself professionally, I really had to rely on other people’s experience and expertise,” he said.
“I wanted to replicate that diverse environment in my MBA.”
