The global ranking of top business schools sees London Business School move up one place to second. Harvard retains first position and Wharton follows in third place.

Underpinning the strong result is a significant move upward in the research ranking. The School’s recent launch of the AQR Institute of Asset Management will further this.

Professor Sir Andrew Likierman, Dean, London Business School, says: “We have much to be proud of. Achieving sixth place in the research ranking underpins what we already know – London Business School faculty are global thought leaders.

“We have also improved on the percentage of female faculty and female students at the School and maintained recognition for our global diversity and the international mix of our faculty and students.”

Achieving this position reflects the School’s commitment to ensuring that the London Business School MBA continues to be considered among the world's best.
