Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School, has been included in the 6th annual 100 Women to Watch list for 2015.

The list, which launched earlier this week, highlights the broad and deep female talent pool in the UK by showcasing different talent and refutes the myth that there is a limited supply of willing and able women to take on board-level accountability in UK listed companies.

Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice in Organisational Behaviour, London Business School says: “Getting more women onto boards over the next few years is crucial if we are to achieve gender parity. Only then will the concept of leadership move beyond its male stereotyping.”

The 2015 100 Women to Watch list was launched as part of the Female FTSE Board Report by Cranfield School of Management. The annual reception for this year’s 100 Women to Watch will be held later this summer.
