As the World Economic Forum 2015 gets under way, London Business School’s Dean, Professor Sir Andrew Likierman and fellow faculty join politicians, academics and business leaders from across the world to debate a new global context.

Sir Andrew is joined by:
• Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice in Organisational Behaviour, London Business School
• Dan Cable, Professor of Organisational Behaviour, London Business School
• Hélène Rey, Professor of Economics, London Business School

The theme of this year’s World Economic Forum is a ‘New Global Context’. Professors Likierman, Gratton, and Rey will participate in debates covering crisis and cooperation, growth and stability, innovation and industry as well as society and security.

Topics high on the agenda in Davos this year include cyber security, central banks, the Ukraine crisis and the Ebola outbreak, as well as the terror attacks in Paris.

Professor Gratton will also moderate two discussion sessions: ‘Broadening our Horizons’ and ‘Work, Play, and Live’.

The first session will explore how the world can move towards societies that transcend individualism and short-term thinking. The aim of the second session will be to identify key challenges in the workplace and to discuss how work, play and life will be balanced in the future.
