London Business School (LBS) has welcomed the latest cohort of business executive students to its Executive MBA (EMBA) and Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy programmes, with 133 students joining the School community in either London or Dubai.

Some 98 students joined the School’s inaugural blended learning (in-person and online) EMBA programme in January 2026, with 52 joining the London class and 46 joining the Dubai class. An additional 35 students joined the School’s Sloan Masters programme in London in December 2025.

The recent additions take the total number of students joining LBS during the 2025/26 academic year to 1,667. Some 2,482 students are enrolled with the school overall.

Highlights of the latest intake include:

  • 52 EMBA London students, 33% of whom are women. There are 31 nationalities within the class, 71% of whom are commuters* to the UK. The class boasts an average of 14 years’ work experience across 28 industries, with levels of experience range from six to 23 years.

  • 35 Sloan students, representing 18 nationalities and bringing with them an average of 20 years of experience working in a wide range of industries. 37% of the class are women, 15 different industries are represented within the class and levels of experience range from 12-30 years.

Graham Hastie, Associate Dean of Degree Education at LBS says, “It is a privilege to welcome such a diverse and experienced group of senior leaders to the LBS community. They cement LBS’s status as one of the world’s most international business schools, with students hailing from Australia to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America.

“We are delighted that our new blended learning format for EMBA has proved popular with commuters to both London and Dubai. We are particularly proud to see an increased number of women joining our EMBA class in Dubai and over double the number of commuters to our EMBA London class compared to last year. Being able to choose the location and format of our world-class Executive MBA helps busy business executives to study in the way that best meets their needs and helps them to balance work and life.”

* Both EMBA London and Dubai are part-time programmes which require travel for those students not residing in London or Dubai, hence use of the term ‘commuters’
