LBS celebrates 30 years of its MiF programme
30th anniversary festivities for LBS’ Masters in Finance programme celebrate network, knowledge and friendship

On 7 March 2024, London Business School marked 30 years since it introduced its world-leading Masters in Finance programme. Consistently ranked number one globally by the Financial Times, the programme offers both a full-time and a part-time option to help ambitious and experienced finance professionals enhance their view of global finance.
Some 350 attendees came together at the Royal Institution in London to mark the occasion, with current students, alumni and other guests welcomed by Graham Hastie, Associate Dean of Degree Education and Emilie Robin, Associate Dean of Advancement. Guests were treated to a panel discussion, moderated by MiF Programme Director Libby Wood, about 30 years of the programme and the finance industry. AI, sustainability, high interest rates and automation were the talk of the night, with the strength of the LBS network, the knowledge gleaned, the global nature of the programme and the friendships made all highlighted as programme fortes. There was an amazing buzz and energy in the room, with alumni representing all 30 years of the MiF present.
