Elisabetta Zaccaria, Entrepreneur Mentor in Residence at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital (IEPC), London Business School, and founder and CEO of Cyber Y, has been named on the ComputerWeekly.com Most Influential Women in UK Tech 2025 longlist. This marks her seventh consecutive year of recognition.

Throughout her career, Elisabetta has worked at the intersection of business and technology, building and scaling companies, advising boards, investors, and governments, and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs at LBS through the Entrepreneurship and Private Capital programme.

“Many helped me on my own journey, and I believe the support of the ecosystem is fundamental,” Elisabetta said. “Mentoring is my way of giving back to sustain it, because entrepreneurship and innovation are not only personal journeys, they are also engines of growth and resilience for the wider economy.”

She congratulated all the women recognised on this year’s longlist, noting, “Your leadership continues to shape a more inclusive tech ecosystem.” Elisabetta also acknowledged Clare McDonald for her editorial leadership in keeping diversity at the heart of the tech conversation.
