Aneeta Rattan named favourite MBA Professor

Aneeta Rattan, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School (LBS), has been named by Poets & Quants as one of the favourite MBA professors of the MBA Class of 2023.
Aneeta, whose research interests focus on mindsets and intergroup relations (stereotyping, prejudice, and inequity), was singled out for praise by MBA2023 graduate Cameron Martin. He considers her ‘Diversity Science for Leaders’ elective course to be “the best elective at LBS”.
Cameron valued Aneeta’s advice highly, as well as the mentorship she gave him, while he was working on various diversity initiatives at the school. These included LBS’ pronouns initiative and the school’s annual EUROUT conference, the biggest LGBTQ+ conference for students in Europe.
Aneeta, who also teaches on LBS’ Executive Education Accelerated Development Programme and its Women in Leadership programme, expressed her delight at being recognised by Poets & Quants.
“I am thrilled to have been named as one of the MBA Class of 2023’s favourite professors. Diversity is something I am extremely passionate about and it is a privilege to be able to bring it to life through my teaching. We need business leaders who understand that leading diversity is a critical leadership skill, and I’m so grateful that our student leaders at LBS, like Cameron, have embraced this challenge so wholeheartedly. This is how we, together, will transform the landscape of organizations globally to be a more equitable and inclusive place.”
