Airbnb management firm announces investment milestone
London Airbnb management firm Pass the Keys has recently completed a seed funding round of £350,000 led by prominent London based venture capitalist firm Talis Capital.
London Business School MBA graduates Alexander Lyakhotskiy and Zoe Vu founded Pass the Keys. Now in its second year of operation, the business was recently accepted onto London Business School’s Incubator programme.
Alexander Lyakhotskiy, Co-Founder and CEO said: “We are very excited about the backing from Talis Capital. The funding will allow us to continue our disruption of the London housing market and help us further improve the service we provide to our clients, as well as accommodating the increasing demand.”
Vasile Foca, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Talis Capital will become a new Investor Director, providing advice and support which will enable the company to realise its ambitions for growth and continuous improvement.
“Proptech, particularly on the property management side, is fast becoming the key enabler for property owners to capitalise on the opportunities within the On-Demand economy, and is a sector we have been following closely for some time,” Foca explains.
“Alexander and his team have created a truly differentiated offering in Pass the Keys in what is such a fragmented market, and we are very excited to begin our journey with them.”
