Aneeta Rattan dubbed thinker to watch in 2019
Thinkers50 has included Aneeta Rattan, Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School (LBS), in its annual list of thought leaders.
Rattan’s work on mindsets and intergroup relations was praised as “practical, rigorous and timely”.
Since 2001, management consultant Thinkers50 has organised the biannual Thinkers50 Awards Gala. The annual “Radar Class of 2019” supplements these efforts to recognise leaders in management consultancy.
David Lewis, Director of LBS’s Senior Executive Programme and the School’s Executing Strategy for Results programme, is also named in the list. He is listed with Alison Reynolds, a member of faculty at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, where she works with executive groups in the field of leadership, strategy execution and organisation development. The duo made the list for their collaboration on strategy and interaction quality.
“This is as powerful a group as we have ever identified in our annual selection — a broadly diverse group covering enormous ground — a dream team of researchers, advisers, entrepreneurs and organisational leaders,” said Thinkers50 co-founder Des Dearlove. “They are the emerging thinkers to watch in 2019.”
