About me: I hold a bachelors in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and began my career in investment banking at LarrainVial, one of Latin America’s leading financial institutions. Over four years, I progressed from analyst to associate, advising on M&A as well as debt and equity capital markets transactions across diverse industries, with strong exposure to financial services, manufacturing and agribusiness. Those years gave me invaluable technical expertise and professional growth, but stepping into more senior roles made me realise there was still much more to learn.
That is what drew me to the MiFFT programme at LBS. It is an opportunity not only to strengthen my technical foundations but also to develop the leadership skills that become increasingly important in senior positions, while broadening my global perspective and joining a lifelong community. Plus, living in London has always been a dream of mine.
Outside of work and study, I am passionate about sports and staying active, from dancing to strength and functional training. I am also certified in sports nutrition, which has allowed me to combine my love for training with wellbeing and deepen my understanding of how nutrition enhances performance. I also enjoy discovering new places, from hidden cafés to rooftops and art galleries. In a city like London, there’s always something new around the corner!
Equally important to me is fostering inclusion and empowering women in finance, which has led me to mentor students from underprivileged backgrounds and support female micro-entrepreneurs in Chile. I look forward to engaging in similar initiatives here in London.
