My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Application essays
About me: While I am originally from Zimbabwe, I grew up in several countries. Living in various places taught me the importance of learning about other cultures as it broadened my mind-set and ultimately played a major part in choosing LBS for my Masters as the LBS community is very diverse.
In 2017, I moved to Melbourne, Australia to pursue my undergraduate studies in Economics and Finance. After graduating, I interned in venture capital and private equity. These internships confirmed my passion and interest in finance, which led to me joining the MFA programme. I chose LBS not only because of the School’s reputation but also because I believe it will provide me with the right combination of soft and technical skills to succeed in my career through its rigorous syllabus and unique learning experiences. On a personal note, I enjoy listening to music and reading personal development books. I am also a foodie and enjoy both watching and playing rugby. I am excited to share my experience thus far; please do not hesitate to reach out and contact me.
Three topics I can be approached about: Application strategy; life in London; the Rugby Club (Hawaiians)
