My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Being confident and sure of my skills and accomplishments.

About me: I am a MiM student at LBS and a SKYY Development Scholar. Being the first in my family to pursue a masters degree, I see education as both a privilege and a responsibility.

Before LBS, I studied in India on a full scholarship and graduated as a gold medallist. I led the Entrepreneurship Club, headed the Bhangra Crew and volunteered on community projects, which taught me how to build and lead communities.

After graduation, I joined Nepal Tea Collective, a sustainable and community-driven tea company. Within five months, I became the youngest team lead, driving eCommerce growth in the US through retention marketing and customer journey design. I launched ‘Tip the Farmer’, supporting farming families, and helped double revenue. Alongside this, I contributed to my family business in Nepal, focusing on sustainable growth and job creation.

I chose LBS for its truly global community and collaborative culture, where I can learn alongside peers from diverse backgrounds and prepare for a career that combines business impact with inclusive leadership. At LBS, I aim to grow my expertise in strategy and marketing while contributing to the Out in Business and First-generation, Low or Intermediate Income (FLII) clubs and the Student Association. I hope to use these experiences not only to shape my own journey but also to help future students see what’s possible.

Three topics I can be approached about: Marketing; study abroad application; time management.
