About me: I hold a bachelors in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo, with a concentration in Finance. I started my career in corporate banking at Egyptian Gulf Bank as a Large Corporate and Syndications Credit Analyst, with sector-agnostic exposure. During this time, I gained valuable experience in structuring and executing debt transactions, with client relationship management as a key element of my work. Three years later, I pivoted to financial services by joining the strategic investment arm of EG Bank—Egyptian Gulf Holding—where I monitored a portfolio of investments in privately held non-banking financial services companies.
I joined LBS to deepen my expertise in finance, develop my professional and leadership skills and connect with a diverse cohort of individuals with a wealth of experience and common goals. My aim is to harness the power of the LBS community to forge an impactful career in finance.
Three topics I can be approached about: Football; personal development; conducting business in the Middle East and North Africa region.
