My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Acing my GMAT while working full-time.
About me: I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Data Science at the University of St Gallen. I complemented my studies with an exchange semester at Singapore Management University. Besides academics, I pursued internships across different areas of finance, gaining experience in portfolio management, financing solutions, M&A, direct lending and structured finance. These opportunities provided me with broad exposure to the industry and solidified my strong interest in banking, particularly at the intersection of credit and structured products, which I look forward to further developing during my time at LBS.
I was also highly engaged outside the classroom, serving as head of finance at oikos St Gallen and as a member of the executive board of the Students’ Parliament, experiences that strengthened my leadership skills and my passion for building communities.
I find balance through my love of art, regularly exploring exhibitions and creative scenes across different cities. Travel is important to me as I’m drawn to experiencing diverse cultures
firsthand. These encounters consistently offer fresh perspectives that enrich both my personal worldview and professional approach.
Three topics I can be approached about: LBS application; navigating internships in finance; living in and moving to London.
