About me: Lauren Golshan grew up in Seattle, Washington in America. She studied Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management at the University of Washington’s Fosters School of Business. Following college, Lauren worked in human resources at The Boeing Company. During her time at Boeing, she was a part of a leadership development programme that had her switch teams and geographies every six months. Lauren had the opportunity to work internationally in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Bangalore, India.

In order to continue forward with her international aspirations, Lauren chose to study her MBA at London Business School due to it being the most international MBA programme in the world. While at LBS, she is working on gaining skills that will enable her to pivot into a consulting career in the Middle East since she is very interested in public policy. Through the Impact Consulting Club at LBS, Lauren has had the opportunities to be a pro bono consultant for a London-based charity-run park and an agriculture investment fund in Palestine. She is also on the Executive Committee of the Impact Consulting Club and actively participating in the Social Impact, Middle Eastern and Women in Business clubs.

Outside of school and work, Lauren practices yoga almost daily and loves to get out for jogs frequently. She is a 300-hour registered yoga instructor and got her certification while in Bali. Lauren loves to travel, see the world and experience new cultures. Her most recent trip, before the pandemic, was to the Maldives. She also loves to read and chill with a hot cup of chai.
