Education: Bachelors, University of Surrey, UK; graduated in 2022
Topic(s) studied: Economics
Interested in: Consulting
My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Preparing a strong application while doing a full-time internship.
About me: Before the Masters in Financial Analysis, I worked as a business analyst intern at Kearney and as an economic advisor for the UK Government. During this time, I was also a private secretary to the Minister for Rural Affairs and Biosecurity, Lord Benyon. Subsequently, I was selected for the Prime Minister’s Net Zero Tiger Team by David Hill, Director General, Environment, Rural and Marine. As part of the team, I worked to deliver the sixth carbon budget for 2033 to 2037.
I am currently working part time as a J. P. Morgan brand ambassador and as an invited teaching and research assistant at the University of Surrey. I am an active member of numerous clubs, including the Private Equity & Venture Capital Club, Impact Consulting Club and the Social Impact Club.
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as running. I also enjoy exploring new bookstores. I like giving back to the community and am part of the Energy Club and the Volunteering Club, where I can join others with similar interests.
Three topics I can be approached about: Consulting; Portuguese candidates; moving to London.
