My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: I didn’t believe I could make it to LBS, as it’s a prestigious school.
About me: Coming from a chemical engineering background, I wanted a programme that could fast- track my transition into finance – the MFA at LBS has been exactly that.
Back at the American University of Beirut, I built strong analytical and problem-solving skills, but I knew I wanted to apply them in a field with faster- paced impact. That led me to experiences in consulting and private equity, where I confirmed my passion for finance. Outside the classroom, I’ve always sought challenges through sports like running, tennis and handball — the same competitive energy I now channel into my career journey.
At LBS, I’m excited to be surrounded by ambitious peers from all over the world and to push myself beyond my comfort zone. I also look forward to further developing my skills and leveraging the School’s global network and resources. My goal is to build a strong career in finance and contribute to projects with global reach and lasting impact.
I look forward to engaging with prospective students, sharing my experiences and helping them discover the unique opportunities that LBS has to offer.
Three topics I can be approached about: Career paths; sports and health; why choose LBS.
