About me: I was born and raised in Japan and have lived there for over 30 years. Since childhood, my dream has been to work globally and address significant social challenges. I studied a bachelors in Social Sciences with a focus on International Politics at Hitotsubashi University, where I became deeply interested in the global dynamics of society.
Before joining LBS, I spent eight years in management consulting, engaging in impactful projects. I developed expertise in growth strategy and new business development, and published several articles on management transformation, design thinking and social impact.
My aspiration is to maximise social impact through business creation. I strive to strengthen my collaborative leadership and enjoy working creatively with clients and stakeholders across diverse industries. I am also passionate about teamwork dynamics and helping people realise their potential.
The MBA programme at LBS offers exceptional opportunities to broaden my perspectives and values alongside peers from more than 60 countries. Since joining, I have been inspired by how respectful and supportive the community is in pursuing each other’s goals. Finance and organisational behaviour are particularly renowned here, which is a key motivation for me to study at LBS.
