Finance sector pre-MiF: I have been working in the public sector specialising in financial regulation, with a primary focus on insurance and the non-banking sector, including accounting regulation.
Previous or current role: Senior Manager, Financial Supervisory Service, the integrated financial authority in South Korea

About me: I have always aspired to broaden my scope and make a positive impact on society.
In pursuit of gaining global experience, I’ve travelled to over 30 countries whenever opportunities arose, which helped me build confidence in my ability to adapt to any environment. I continue to enjoy meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
After obtaining my CPA qualification, I was drawn to the public sector, where I could use my financial expertise to make a tangible difference. By helping vulnerable groups navigate complex financial systems, I felt I was directly benefitting society and improving their lives.
During my studies at LBS, I aim to refine my expertise and expand my horizons to advance on a global scale. Stepping out of my comfort zone has always been a key part of my personal and professional growth and LBS is the first step toward achieving this goal. As an ambassador, I want to give back what I’ve received from others.
