About me: After earning my bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, I moved to Boston and joined Procter & Gamble. Initially, I worked as a process engineer for Gillette Razors, where I was responsible for the process reliability of the most critical equipment in blade manufacturing. I later became a line manager, leading a team of over 45 technicians and overseeing more than 20 pieces of production equipment.
Before joining LBS, I worked as a senior industrial engineer in workforce planning at Whole Foods Market (Amazon), a role I’m continuing part-time while studying. In this position, I build labour models to optimise schedules across more than 500 stores.
I chose to pursue the MBA programme at LBS for its diverse, global community and the opportunity to live and learn in London. After LBS, I hope to continue my career in operations within the retail or consumer products industry.
Outside of work and academics, I enjoy hiking, pottery, planning trips and spending time with friends.
