My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Making sure I stayed true to myself instead of following the crowd, which is the reason I’m here.
About me: I’m Brazilian and have always been driven by curiosity and a desire to make an impact. I started my career in supply chain at Dell, focusing on end-to-end demand and supply planning, forecasting and process optimisation.
These experiences strengthened my analytical and problem-solving skills.
I am currently pursuing the MAM programme at LBS to deepen my expertise in data analysis, business intelligence and strategic decision-making. What attracted me most to LBS was its international environment and the opportunity to bring my perspective as someone from a country not always highly represented. LBS is the perfect place to celebrate individuality, something I strongly believe in, as I have always said that your uniqueness is your greatest asset.
My career goal is to continue in the tech industry, focusing on supply and demand planning, and to bring the impact I had in Brazil to the UK. Currently, I work at TikTok, where I aim to contribute a fresh
perspective, leveraging my experience and analytical skills to optimise operations and drive innovation.
Throughout my academic journey, I have actively engaged beyond the classroom. At university, I was a student representative and director in the student council, and I led a social impact research project that was awarded for innovation. I am excited to represent my cohort as a student ambassador, bringing a different perspective and supporting a diverse and inclusive community.
Three topics I can be approached about: Application advice; becoming a student ambassador; questions about my background.
