About me: Born and raised in Santiago, Chile, I have a background in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a minor in Business.
After graduating from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, I joined WSP, a global engineering consulting firm, where I led projects focused on operational excellence, innovation and strategy. My work included designing and implementing WSP Chile’s Innovation Programme, which significantly contributed to the company’s success, and leading the Strategic Plan in Latin America.
I chose LBS for its diverse community, international recognition and outstanding support for female leadership.
I am looking forward to complementing my engineering background with a business perspective and exploring diversified sectors, especially roles in People and Strategy. My goal is to foster organisational cultures that inspire performance and attract and retain talent within organisations.
Moving to London with my partner, who is also an MBA student at LBS, has been an exciting journey.
In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, cooking and travelling. Being part of the Tennis Executive Committee allows me to combine my passion for sports with leadership. Finally, I love exploring new places and cultures whenever I get the chance.
Three topics I can be approached for: Engineering background; diversified sectors; studying with a partner.
